The Standard plan is a general plan. Whereas the Business and Enterprise plans are more comprehensive plans. So, you would have to sign up separately for a Business or Enterprise plan. But you can upgrade from the Business to Enterprise plan.

Performing FRP resets all the device settings to its default state and all the data including all the files and downloaded apps is erased.

After reset, you can log in to your Google account set up on the device using your Username and Password. In case of multiple Google accounts, you can log into any of your Google accounts.
